You guys can go to the website to view the certificate. Kita dok seronok makan mi kari, laksa and so forth, tapi sebenarnya kita tak tau status makanan2 tu dari segi agama. So saya pun submit la inquiry berkenaan status makanan through the website yang berbunyi:

Hi there,

As a Muslim customer, I would like to ask whether you obtain a Halal Certificate for the foods you serve at your restaurant chains? How can I be sure of the food purity from the perspective of Halal?

The Halal certificate which I found in your website is only for the beverages only. I hope that you can provide me with the right information as it is very important to me as well as the Muslim society especially in Malaysia.

The information will also determine our future decision on having the meals provided at your Oldtown Kopitiam restaurants.

Thank you.

So I hope that they can provide me with a positive feedback.

Hari Khamis lepas, kami sekeluarga bertolak pulang ke Terengganu. Tokki saya diserang strok beberapa hari sebelumnya jadi bila dia dah mula tanyakan anak-anaknya, memang itu kira red alert lah untuk balik kampung.

Bila dah sampai, baru la tau sebenarnya tok (nenek) pun sebenarnya kurang sihat.

So especially tokki saya ni, dia mesti gi beli ubat2 tu. So macam2 la ubat yang kami jumpa, termasuklah kat dalam dashboard kereta dia. Bila dah makan macam2 ubat, tu yang makin tak sembuh sebenarnya. Gastrik tok saya tu pun berpunca daripada pengambilan ubat yang bercampur2. in fact, muka dia pun dah jadi semacam sebab banyak sgt steroid kata doktor.

Jadi sebelum balik petang sabtu kelmarin, mak & others dah go through semua ubat2 diorang. Amen.

P/S: teringat pulak kata2 mak. Tok pernah pesan kat dia. “Jangan nanti bila kami dah tak boleh bercakap baru nak balik..“
