it's 2013: wow...
it's already April 2013: wow + wow + wow + wow..!

"How time flies" seems to be quite normal these days, considering the unbelievable pace that i personally face on day-to-day basis.

Praises to Allah, I am still alive. My 2 eyes are still in tact and work perfectly well. Same goes to the other parts. Everything else seems to be fine too. Ups and downs are part of it but hey, that's life right?

I pray every living soul especially who reads this a happy, blessed life. 2013 is still a long way ahead. Hope you'll achieve all the plans and targets.. :)

Federer stuns Djokovic to reach 2012 Wimbledon Final

Roger Federer crushed world number one Novak Djokovic to claim the final of 2012 Wimbledon.

The Swiss ace played a great tennis in his quest for a seventh title at the All England Club against either Andy Murray or Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.

Looking uncertain, Djokovic managed to grab the second set before losing the third which is the key for Federer's comeback.

The world number one will lose his place in the ranking if Federer wins the final on Sunday.

It's all about mentality

I was on my way back from the airport to fetch my brother in law just now. It was 5am and the road was all mine so a red light is a "Go. No worries. No cars" sign.

Unluckily for me as I passed the last traffic light before the juction to my house, I got summoned by the dedicated policemen.

I have no offense for being ticketed. The only thing that makes me a bit upset is the way some people handle their reaponsibilities.

For me, the 2 policemen should've waited at a place visible enough for the road users to see so that they will definitely stop at red. They shouldn't wait for people to make mistakes and fine them. It's just not the right perspective of mind. Their core responsibility is and always to prevent people from commiting offenses, not to let and punish right?

No wonder it's hard for them to gain respect from the people.

Business Development

Am waiting my turn to take away some chicken rice for lunch. Well, not as easy as it sounds actually when there are 16 people in front.

The restaurant holds a reputation of being on of the best chicken rice shop in the town where I live. They serve a full house crowd most of the time and in today's case, the que starts me from outside the premise!

The food is good. No doubt about it. That's why they've been here for years. The only room for improvement (well a basic one for a start) is the service.

When you have a promising business and with only one counter for serving dining in and take away orders with 2 workers, you might want to consider evaluating the current system. Well, in this case I can see that they haven't lose much in terms of customer loyalty (take me for an example), but I'm sure they haven't thought about the opportunities that they are missing.

So for me, getting at least another serving counter is a good start. They can increase service efficiency thus enabling more people to come. In today's case, some might reconsider having lunch at another since the queue is too long.

Business development is not that hard to digest and implemented. It is as simple as a new seating arrangement. Proper understanding about the concept and importance can bring one to suit what's best to develop according to the business size and objectives.

Come to think about it, maybe a nice white color theme and proper daytime lighting too? :)
